There was a LIZARD in my bathroom last night!! It was a teeny little one, but ewwwwww get it out of my house! I've seen them outside at times, and their skin is nearly transparent, so they totally creep me out. You can see their organs working through their skin, ewwwwwww! I tried to catch it under a cup so I could slide something under it, then throw it back outside, but it was so fast it got away. It ran into my ROOM and disappeared. Eeeeee yuck yuck yuck get it out get it out! I have no idea where the thing has gone. Now I have to wear my shoes around the house so I don't step on it in bare feet. Ick ick iiiiiick! Hopefully soon I'll just forget the thing was ever here, and it went back out the way it came in. Come on fall, get here so the thirsty lizards will go away.

I am so bored. I did a bunch of writing and now I need a break, and there's nothing to do online. Everyone's too sloooooow. Arghity argh argh.

Warning! Whining ahead!

Okaaaaay, I get the picturrrrrre, New York and many other cities in that area are without power, major power outage, uh huh, got it... QUIT SHOWING ME THE SAME PICTURES OVER AND OVER, NEWS! Some of us want to watch "Judge Judy"! No Judge Judy for me today. :(

Okay, okay, I know this is serious. Big news. I just don't get why the news has to cover it over and over for hours non-stop. Nothing exciting is happening at this moment. Just shots of people walking along the highway going who knows where. CAN'T MISS THAT! I can know that the power is out in New York without having to be told so every 5 minutes. Sheesh. Wouldn't the news people like to go home some time? Find something new to talk about in this story or go back to regular programming until something new happens. What a concept.

Oh well. Time to watch the "New Yorkers Walking in Large Groups" channel.

Good lord, they just showed how many people are waiting to get on the ferrys so they don't get stuck on the streets of New York all night. Looks like the lines at Disneyland! "Is this the line for the Haunted Mansion?" "No! It's the line for the ferry!"
