Undiscovered Levels of Hell
Nov. 23rd, 2003 08:43 pm1). Shopping at the grocery store any time during the 5 days before Thanksgiving. Maybe things will lighten up at 3AM.
2). Working retail on Black Friday (which I have done in the past. People are pigs. Can I get a high five Lots?)
3). Looking all over the hell and damnation section of Kroger for Cheez Whiz only to find out they don't have any left. Got Velveeta instead, hope it works as well.
4). Working retail any other day.
5). The section where they tie you down and make you watch reruns of "Yogi's Ark." Worst. Cartoon. Ever.
6). A world without "The Simpsons."
7). Retail. Period.
I did, however, get some of the last of the French Vanilla Cool-Whip for my desserts (oh, excuse me, Freedom Vanilla). That stuff is hella popular! Heh, there were like tubs upon tubs of regular and Low Fat Cool-Whip, but the French Vanilla section was decimated. Everybody wants to try it, including me. The checkout lady said it has been flying off the shelves ever since Cool-Whip started making it, so I think that's a good sign that it will make Furby go eyuuuuuuummmm.
