Ze experiment, it vas successful, ya! I substituted some of the stuff I usually eat with veggies, and I didn't have any pain last night. So, moderation is the key! ^_^ And Dawn is The Key.
Not that I don't eat veggies; I loooove green beans and corn. Potatoes too. They're vegetables, aren't they? I'm just not used to having them with every meal. So, I'm going to try that. Putting veggies and fruits into my diet on a regular basis, so I eat less fats. It'll be tough, though; I'm a creature of habit.
Good thing is that my favorite chips (currently) are baked, so they shouldn't be so bad to continue eating. But I got some grapes too, for when I feel like snacking. Grapes don't have any fat, heh.
