My pot roast is better than yours. It comes out far more tender, with more tender vegetables, and isn't totally overpowering with the onion like yours is. Nyah.

At work, they're starting to run contests each week to see who can sell the most merchandise to customers over the phone. The top ten peeps get gift cards as a reward. Guess who had the highest conversion rate of President's Day? Me. ^_^ (Conversion rate is how many calls you took compared to how many you "converted" into sales.) I was quite surprised; I've never considered myself a salesman, but I'm doing something right here. Now I'm determined to win for the week so I can get the top gift card, the $50 gift card. \o/ The big bosses made a big deal about it, took my picture and the pictures of the other top five and posted them on a board. Everyone was high-fiving and fist bumping me. It was cool. ^_^
