sailorhathorMan, this is pathetic. My sister gave me a shopping card to Wal-Mart for a late birthday present, and I have no idea what I want to spend it on. WHAT KIND OF A SHOPAHOLIC ARE YOU SOLDIER?! Drop and spend me 20! I usually don't have enough money to buy what I want at a place like Wal-Mart, god of all retail stores! Now I have NO idea what I want to buy. My mind is just blank. I could get a CD... I wish I could use it to buy stuff from amazon.com. :D Maybe some of the stuff that's on amazon will be on walmart.com... ooh, online shopping... ::Homer Simpson drool::

For some reason I've been absolutely obsessed with MarioKart lately. The Super Nintendo version. If you play on 100cc, you can play in the extra special cup race, something like that, and I really like that race. The only problem is that the other karts on 100cc are really fast and really bitchy. They constantly knock me around, sometimes knocking me completely off the track (depending on whether or not the track is up in the air and has no guard rails). That drives me CRAZY. They shouldn't be able to do that. I can deal with them being faster, but it bothers me that they can knock me off the track, or into the water, and then I wind up being 8th in line while trying to catch up. RRRR! And then there are the objects--when you run over the gold spaces, you get objects to throw at the other drivers to try to mess them up so you can get ahead of them. Half the time, the game insists on giving me the crappiest objects over and over and over. Ooh, a banana peel! Are you sure you can spare this extremely rare (NOT) and extremely effective (semi-NOT) item AGAIN? I've only gotten it three times in a row! :P Then I don't get the really fun objects for ages. But it's like this obsession--when I keep losing at this race, I want to keep playing it over and over until I teach that damn Donkey Kong Jr. a LESSON for knocking me into the water. Of course it's all just a distraction between writing and other important things. I need a break sometime.
I need to clean up the right side of the kitchen before Wednesday. They're bringing the new dryer then, and it'd be really hard to get the dryer through the door at this point with stools and paper bags in the way. A person could get past all that stuff, but not a dryer. I'm even going to mop for them! They better appreciate it, those complete strangers from Sears!
