My funeral pay will be on my next check, the first one for February. I believe I can get by for the next two weeks, but the whole thing still sucks horribly. I brought one of the funeral programs for them and the admin assistant started looking at it and she was pointing at the pictures and going, "Is that you?" Hee, yes, that's little Laurel with the funny 80's perm. My childhood family pictures regularly do this: "IT WAS THE 1970'S!!! IT WAS THE 1980'S!!!"
"American Idol" is fun so far. I must say something to several of the people who have been eliminated, though.

I really liked that foreign chick on AI last night. She couldn't sing worth a lick, but she was pretty, had gorgeous hair, and really should do modeling or something. Just not singing. Her rendition of "Bohemian Rhapsody" was awful, but still mesmerizing. I felt bad for her because she wanted this really bad so she could stay in the country on a performer's visa. AI, get her back to host! Just not sing.
