I've been trying to think of some way I can write while laying around in front of the tv, like, getting rid of the handwriting habit and typing a story from my head to the computer. It would save so much time. A laptop just isn't in the cards right now because they're so expensive. A very possible answer came to me tonight. Good ideas can often take a while to make their way into my head. ^_^;; WORD PROCESSOR! I used to have one that my dad bought me back in the early 1990's, but I unfortunately threw it out when I moved. Maybe I could find another, more updated one that wouldn't be too expensive. It may not be compatible with the computer (meaning that I may not be able to save stories on to Windows discs???), but maybe I can type stuff, print it out, then use the Optical Character Rec program I have on here to scan all the pages in. OCR converts scanned documents into text documents! A word processor could be small enough and self-contained enough to use laying in front of the tv, in ways I could never do with a computer. OOH! I want it NOW! Why does it have to be too late to go out and shop?! ::jumps up and down all manic and hyper::
