Obligatory Birthday Post

Well really, I guess it's only one fact. I read an old interview with Jensen and it seems he's a bit of a ROPER. Shit-kicker, cowboy. HE LIKES COUNTRY MUSIC. Well so what, so do I, but it's extremely funny when you put it in the context of him playing Dean, a pure metalhead. And I'm a metalhead AND a country music fan. It's fun!
Kaye, remember how I was saying that the scene in that "Supernatural" ep "Home" where Dean and Sam see the ghost of their mom squicked me because she looked at them like "ooh, my boys grew up HOT can I shag you both against the wall"? XD Well I realized by looking at a couple pictures of their mom that she wore that perpetually horny expression ALL THE TIME. XD Even in the pic where she's holding baby Sam, her facial expression is like "screw me!" I think it's kind of like that Runaway Bride lady who always looks surprised - that's just the actress's normal facial expression. :D So it no longer squicks me.

What is a good memory you have concerning 2?
My dad and I were removing the old wallpaper from the downstairs bathroom. He let me put on Nirvana Unplugged (my dad HATED my music, heehee) and about halfway through it, he goes, "Only the best quality drugs can produce those kinds of lyrics." XD Then later he goes, "'Where Did You Sleep Last Night' is a country song. They rocked it up." It's just a funny memory of my dad. And why do both of my memories of music involve home improvement?
Is there a song of 8 that makes you sad?
Just their music in general, at times, because it defines a period in my life that I sometimes miss, when I was young and always having fun with the local bands. They were Robert and Chris's favorite, and I always think of them when I listen to this band. (Robert and Chris aren't dead or anything, as far as I know, just been out of my life for many years.)
