Animated gifs
Jan. 4th, 2014 05:09 pmWhat programs do people most use to make animated gifs? I got this one screencapping program called Autoscreen which works pretty well, but it won't take frame by frame caps like I set it to. (Set it to take a cap each millisecond, it just couldn't keep up.) The latest version of VLC Media Player won't do autocaps because they changed all the settings. So what do people use now?
