So there's always some meme going around whose point is basically 'tell me what to write'. The title meme, for instance, or various others.

With that in mind, therefore, I bring you...

The 'Tell Me What to Create' AnonyMeme!

The rules are simple. You comment with your username (to the original post, not this one), and people can tell you what they want to see you write. Or draw, or vid, or icon, whatever. Despite the name, they don't have to do it anonymously, though of course they certainly can. You then go through the comments and if you see that person who you've always wanted to write a Green Arrow AU set in the Terror, where Ollie is a Scarlet Pimpernel-esque figure, smuggling people out of Paris, then you tell them that they should write it. (Don't tell me to write that.)

Artists/writers/vidders are under no obligation to actually create these things, of course. But those memes are always fun when they go 'round and, well, I don't know about you, but I have no shame left and am fully willing to call a spade a spade: TELL ME WHAT TO WRITE, PLEASE!

If you want to know what people want to see you write, comment here.

If you want to request a particular story from me, toss me a plot bunny, whatever, comment here.

Spoilers ahead

Last night's SPN:

I'm just going to go over some basic reactions that I wrote down while watching the episode.

It started out a really good ep and then the explanation for the killings was kind of boring. Left me disappointed. But it did have the feeling of a classic SPN ep, so I liked it.

First, when I was a kid, I wanted a fancy dollhouse more than anything in the world. One with little furniture, electricity, the works. My parents tried - they got me and my sister a homemade Barbie house that someone had built for their daughters, and the kids grew up and passed the house on to other kids. It was really a great house, and I loved it. But deep down, I still always wanted the fancy dollhouse. (They were $200. I wasn't getting one.) One of my childhood friends, Teresa, had one, and I LOVED playing with it when I went over there. So anytime there's a great dollhouse, I coo and get all weepy-eyed and nostalgic and just love it.

The dollhouse in this ep was HEEEE-YUUUUGE. I'd never have room for a house that big. But I'd still love to play with it, teeheehee.

Guy falls down the stairs. His head turns completely around. A horror classic. Always cool.

Really funny #1: Dean starts talking about "Scooby Doo" and mentions Daphne, and then goes, "Daphne, mmmm." LOL! He's so horny, he's even attracted to animated characters. I wouldn't know anything about that. *whistles* ¬_¬

Really funny #2: Everyone thinks Dean and Sam are gay lovers. Dean wonders why, even checking his clothes.

It bothers Dean enough to say, "You know the most disturbing thing is why do these people think we're gay?"
Sam: "You are kinda butch."

Yes, Dean, you've been found out. We all know you're bi.

Really funny #3: They need an excuse to poke around the hotel and talk to people, and there are all these dolls around, so Dean claims that Sam is a doll collector.
Dean: "He's always dressing them up in these tiny outfits."
Sam: *embarrassed*
Me: *mental pictures* *snicker*

Seriously, imagine Sam dressing a doll and then brushing its hair with that same disinterested look on his face that he had when he was about to watch the GOG porn. "Even when I dress my Betsy, I am dead inside!" Or, even better, imagine him getting all excited and gushing over how fun it is to Dean. XD

Really funny #4: Dean says something about whacking and then instructs Sam: "Don't go surfing for porn. That's not the kind of whacking I mean." Heeheehee! I love all the porn and masturbation teasing. Sam is so easily embarrassed there. He needs to learn to fight back with a well-timed counterjoke. I mean, come on, Sammy, DEAN is the one who looks at porn all the time and probably masturbates daily.

After seeing all the dolls and other toys Tyler has, I have to say it again: Lucky goddamn little girl with all those great toys! >:( Okay, I had some very nice toys. I never wanted for entertaining play. But WOW look at all those great dolls!

On the subject of Sam drunk: That was very cute. "You're bossy." XD "And you're short." Sam, EVERYONE is short compared to you except basketball players and circus geeks. You're 6'5"!!! I don't usually find Jared Padalecki that attractive. I mean, meh. But when he was playing drunk, begging Dean to make him this promise to him with the most pathetic puppy dog expression on his face, he was damn cute. When he finally settled down in the bed on his stomach, even *I* wanted to seduce him. Just crawl right in there and start groping.

And on the subject of Dean making a promise to kill Sam if he turns evil, yeah, good luck with that, Sam. Dean broke the promise to keep the secret his father told him, and doesn't seem to feel the least bit bad about it. But if it makes you feel better, Sammy, that's good for you.

The butler said something to Dean about kids living in a stable, happy home, and Dean said something like "I wouldn't know, I never knew one." Awwwww. I liked how he didn't say it all emo, like "feel sorry for me"! He said it like it was just a fact. Dean moved around so much, he never knew a stable home. Even if his family stayed somewhere for some length of time, the stability could be yanked away at any time. I just really liked the moment.

The stuff about the Creole nanny who taught the children Hoodoo - that strongly reminded me of a mediocre movie called The Skeleton Key. I really wanted to see more rituals, like the movie had, but they more talked about it than showed it.

I read spoilers beforehand and knew that Maggie was imaginary. Maybe if I hadn't known that, I would have been more interested in the background story. I'll never know. *shrug* I just found the revelation that Maggie was killing everyone to be sort of dull. How did this ghost get this power anyway? Through Hoodoo? Would have liked to see more of an explanation on screen.

When they were trying to break into the locked pool room, all I could think was wow, these are some hard to break doors! I mean, I like the realism, that the doors weren't just broken in one smash or kick, and it was funny when Dean went, "Son of a bitch," but after a minute of it, it got frustrating. Irritatingly frustrating.

I also wasn't that impressed with the conclusion. I liked that the grandmother sacrificed herself to save Tyler. The idea of the two little girl ghosts haunting the house was cool, and the shot of them jumping rope was quite artistic. I'd love to read/see more about them. What I didn't like was how easily Dean and Sam gave in and called the case solved. "Oh, I guess Maggie stopped killing people. We can go now." Um, an ordinary ghost was killing people. You don't want to figure out how she got that power, maybe do a binding spell to keep her from doing it again? The developers were going to tear down the house. Just because Maggie got herself a playmate doesn't mean she'd stop killing once she saw all her toys taken away and her house torn down. She'd probably fly into a new killing frenzy. You can't just LEAVE. 9_9 Very unsatisfying conclusion.

Dean's new favorite phrase for the season: "Son of a bitch!" Hands down. :D

What the hell was this episode called? "Playthings"? Was that it? Yeah, I think that was it.

Netflix sent me the Special Edition of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. One of my favorite horror movies of all time. Apparently, in this case, Special Edition means "the same movie with a couple of theatrical trailers and nothing else special." But at least... wow, look at that, no Macrovision. What a fascinating thing that has no personal interest to me. ¬_¬ Seeing it again made me want to do my Top Ten Scariest Movies of all time. But I'll have to work on it, because I can only think of three so far that actually scared me. Might have to expand the list into movies I really enjoy but didn't really keep me up at night also.

AOL? Can you please let me know how many more times you are going to freeze up tonight and make me reboot so I can throw all my fits at once? It's just more efficient that way. Kthanx.

Taping "Lucy" now. To scrape the barnacles off her hull!

Lastly, I don't know why I'm using this icon either. It's just funny. The lives are that way!
