sailorhathorI'll put up my recap of tonight's SPN later. I didn't have time to read my Fiends page on Wednesday, so today, I had to play catch-up for two days of posting. I just finished. 320 posts. WTFH, people. Everyone's so damn prolific. I don't want to miss anything good, but I cannot do that again. It took forever. Good thing I have no life.
Of course, a lot of that was cross-posting fanfics, which I could just skip past the extras and stuff, but it still took a really way long time.
There's nothing to watch before SPN, so I've been watching "Smallville" somewhat. I kinda hate Lana the canon Mary Sue. She's so manipulative. Always turns everything around to make her boyfriend the bad guy. It gets old pretty fast. Every episode, I'm just rolling my eyes and going, "She did this same shit with Jason." I feel sorry for Lex.
It snowed today! SNOOOOOW!! It didn't stick at all, except to roofs. But it looked so pretty falling. The flakes were so big and fat they were like mini Frosted Flakes. I took my trash out to walk in it on purpose. Eeeee. ^_^
And now, just to be completely random... if you've been reading my "Ring" fanfics, you are familiar with a character named Svetlana. Why look, it's her!
I subscribe to the DAZ Studio newsletter because I downloaded their program - I haven't installed it yet because I want to clean some stuff off the hard drive first, but it's there. It's a program you can use to make very realistic digital pictures of people and the like. I wanted to use it to make pics of my characters. In their last newsletter, this is the header.

That's Svetlana. That's pretty goddamn close to what I imagine in my head. Except Svet's boobs aren't that big, and she'd probably never have bad enough taste to wear a shiny bikini in those colors. But, that's pretty much her. I was delighted to see her so nicely rendered. :D
What I wonder is if the graphic is a "Celebrity" type of thingie, then is she modeled after a certain celebrity? If so, does anyone recognize her? She DOES look very familiar. It would be so nice to have a live action model for Svet. One with clothes on. :P
