1. What's the quality you admire the most about the Winchester boys?
How much Dean loves his brother. It's some of the most selfless love I've ever seen, at least in a fictional character.
For Sam, um... he's really smart. He never knew his mom, but he still loves her a lot (at least what he's been told about her).
2. Pick a character you would think about naming your kid/pet/etc after.
I would name a pet Dean.
3. We can see that Sam and Dean (perhaps on the surface) are presented to have rather contrasting attitudes. Do you think the brothers got along well as kids, or would their personalities have been too different for them to get along?
Honestly, I think they got along only because they loved each other. Dean probably changed his activities sometimes to try to include Sam, who was shy and got left out a lot, or chose his private school-related activities over social ones because he was unsure of himself. Dean tried to draw him out. But beyond that, I don't think they had much in common.
4. In Season 1, the episode titles were usually one or two words, and the majority had a very obvious link to the episode. In Season 2 though, titles are becoming more phrase-like, and perhaps more mysterious-sounding. Why do you think there is this shift over the two seasons?
Because whoever names the episodes decided they liked the idea of episodes named after classic rock songs. Like "Degrassi: TNG" does with 80's pop songs, lol.
5. How do you feel about the Season 2 episodes starting to "recycle" the old, already-used monster-of-the-week from Season 1?
I don't like it. I'd rather they do some new monsters/legends/paranormal things. The second season is too soon to be recycling.
I had a funny dream last night. What I remember of it is I had a few sips of beer, which I hate, and then I drove somewhere, which is ludicrous also since I don't drive (and certainly wouldn't drive drunk). I was in this parking lot and there were police there asking me questions for some non-driving related reason, and I almost asked the cop, "Can I go get my beer?" but I realized that would be AMAZINGLY STUPID since they hadn't noticed I had been drinking and driving at all. Just goes to show, I have ditzy blonde moments in my DREAMS too! XD So I went to get some breath mints before the cop noticed (bahaha!) and got distracted by an indoor aquarium/zoo. I fed those big white... fish? that are part whale and part dolphin. Then I went down one hallway to find the bathroom and saw these really large, furry pandas in glass enclosures. That's about all I remember. Silly dream.
That "Zodiac" movie looks really good. The Zodiac story is really interesting, especially how the guy played with the authorities and was never caught. It gives me chills when they play the scene on the commercial where the guy goes, "This is the Zodiac," in that slow, creepy voice. Eeeee. :D
