If you tried to visit dementedstuff.com or skeetulrich.net today and got a message that the domain had expired, it has been fixed now. Someone at my webhost has been asleep at the switch - this happens every year. I got mad and smacked 'em on the wrist this time because I shouldn't have to remind them to update this on the registar level every year, and they assured me it won't happen again. The person who answered my support ticket said they changed it so that it would update automatically, which means it was set NOT to update automatically before. I ask you, what sense does it make to have a website set NOT to be automatically renewed every year? Grrr. Just frustrated me. But it's not supposed to happen again.

I'm perfectly happy with the webhost except for dumb little things like this.
