Okay, done with that. I seem to have a new symptom, or maybe I'm getting the flu or something, I don't know. I just know that my body has been aching from head to toe for about four days now. Shoulders and neck especially. I have to wear a little safety booklet around my neck with my work IDs and today, I had to take it off because it felt like a ten pound weight. It doesn't weigh a thing. It's been making me very irritable and short tempered. I see my doctor again in mid-September so if it's still happening then, I'll ask him if there are more tests he can run or if I have to see another expensive specialist. :P

Since I write so much multi-chapter stuff, I counted by chapters in various fanfics. At this point, I'm very glad I keep an Updates page on my website.
1. Quinn did have some good-looking friends, but that didn't mean Jodie wouldn't give any of them a run for their money when it was time to argue a point.
2. No one slept in Quinn and Jodie's household until the sun came up.
3. Jolene hated Mondays.
4. Sam Winchester didn't hunt anymore.
5. There was a knock at the door.
6. The average adult body holds 10-12 pints of blood.
7. 1:04:36... 1:04:37... 1:04:38... 1:04:39AM...
8. It wasn't that Todd Varo had never come to work and found Father Calero waiting for him in his office before.
9. "So, the girl goes into the bathroom to hide, you know, and she looks over at the bathtub, and there's her friend, like, dead.
10. 2:06:12... 2:06:13... 2:06:14... 2:06:15AM...
11. 1977
12. Convincing people that you know honest-to-God real vampires?
13. Pretend everything is normal.
14. Beautiful day.
15. After two straight hours of going through every frame on Samara's videotape, Jodie couldn't help but let out a mighty yawn.
16. So focused on what he was reading, Sam was barely aware that Gerald had even been in the room; the smell of fast food stirred him out of his concentration long enough to see the door closing and notice the bag next to his arm on the desk.
17. Sam came upon another passage that seemed important enough to mark.
18. Paul had wondered what Keel could be doing back at the Jacobson's house while he went with the guy to take the sound equipment back to the rental shop.
19. So, apparently, Jessica was a siren.
20. Word of advice: If you wake up with a half-naked woman in braids and black lipstick sitting on your crotch, allowing you to drink blood from her neck, practically having an orgasm from the experience, your first words shouldn't be, "Who the hell are you?"
21. Once Sam and Lenore were well enough to travel, we had to move on.
22. Approaching ten o'clock on the West coast, Rowan Bloodworth was already in his white satin pajamas, walking the grand hallway between his side of the house and his sister's in his bare feet.
23. Ten-thirty at night and Sam found himself holding the last Post-It from his first pad.
24. "You are not the father!"
25. Deanne found the quiet of a city at this time of night to be calming after a big hunt.
Patterns? People found something twice. I like to start with dialogue and somebody doing something a lot. Time and a year. Several lines in a row sounded like stream-of-consciousness poetry. You can really tell which stories some of these come from because of the names. #20 is my favorite.
