Me see doctor today. Doctor say me's right lung rattle like a shaken spray paint can. Me has walking pneumonia! Ooooh, it sounds scary. *makes face and shakes back and forth* Me's now on anti-boobotics and steroids *flexes muscles*, with orders to report to Mr. ER if I's have trouble bweathing or intense pain in wungity-lung. Now I know whys I feel like dog poop!
Translation: When the doctor told me to take several deep breaths, I coughed my way through it. The reason why my sinusitis is so bad this time around is because it progressed into mild pneumonia in my right lung. Which actually doesn't surprise me, since yesterday, I started having pain in my right side, like really deep, "Owwwww what the fuck was that, that hurt!!!" pain, when I stretched certain ways. I'm now on antibiotics and a corticosteroid pack. That should clear me up. I, of course, have orders to go to the ER if I have any trouble breathing or intense-r pain.
The doctor said I could return to work Monday if I feel well enough, so I'll see how I am tomorrow morning. The antibiotics are supposed to make me feel better within a couple days. (Or start feeling better, at least.)
I'm really glad I finally got to visit the doc and get my medicine before it got any worse. :) Hopefully if it's going to recur anytime soon, it'll be after my health insurance kicks in, because this visit cost A LOT.
