sailorhathorThis past week was stressful what with the job thing, but I have a few places to try on Monday so I feel a little better. Bus passes are $65 a month now, which I'm not doing unless I have a job and know I have good reason to be on the bus almost every day; as a result, every time I ride the bus, it costs $4. (Yeah, Kaye, a day pass is $4 now!) So I'm trying to have "Job Days!" where I get the day pass and go to as many places as I can before I drop. Monday will be one of those days. But, really, I'm trying to do as much applying as I can online since it saves me money and practically every place has you fill out your app online anyway.
Somewhere along the way, I've lost some weight! ^_^ Not a ton, but any amount is good. I know this because I bought a denim skort last year that I thought was really cute, but didn't fit as well as I wanted. It was really tight and uncomfortable when I sat down, to the point of having breathing issues. Girls, you know how we can be... "It's too cute not to buy it! I'll lose ten pounds and then it will fit better." And it does! Now I can button the button and zip it up and still slip it on over my hips, and it's much more comfy when I sit down. I couldn't put it on with the zipper and button done up before. ^_^

spnroundtable is doing a SPN macro contest for FUN and I made some. In case you don't know what a macro is, it is a captioned picture where the caption is right on the pic, like the LOLcats pics from I can has cheeseburger.com (I honestly don't know how they spell it). icanhascheezburger.com? Whatever, anyway, you take the SPN pics they provide and give them a funny caption, many of them in LOLcats fashion (with the ridiculous misspellings, because apparently, Sam and Dean spell like cats).
