In this episode arc, Skeet is playing Hollis Eckart, the Compass Killer. (What, not another Billy or Kevin?) Why is Hollis so crazy?
This is the place where he's been living. Look at those fucking crazy lamps.

If I had lamps like this, I'd become so mesmerized staring at them that I'd lose touch with reality too.
Hollis was shot in the face. For some reason, this resulted in his face looking burned. The makeup applied to Skeet's face to achieve this effect looks like this:
