I need some new icons. Either I need to reupload my Ooooooh icon, or make a new one that says, "Hmmmm..." because the thinkie thoughts are runnning through my brain.
About the SPN/LotL fusion... if I'm changing the Winchester family's history so there were no demons up to this time... then what happened to Mary? HMMMMMMM. I know she's not in the picture. But something mysterious had to take her away. HMMMMMMMM. Does it spoil the story for her family to find her alive later? Is it too sad if they find out she died/is lost forever? HMMMMMMM. Hell if I know. I think I've settled on the sci-fi badassery that will be the focus of the story after everyone walks around marveling over where they've wound up. John Winchester in the Library of Skulls. Don't know/remember what the Library of Skulls is? Smoke some dinosaur nip and maybe you'll go there. HMMMMMMMMM.
That is unless I fill up the whole 15,000 words with people wandering around, wondering where the hell they are. Which is totally possible. O_o
I'm really liking this local digital channel that shows a lot of movies from my childhood/teenagerdom. Twice this week, they've shown War Games. LOOOOOVE War Games. When I was a kid, we had recently gotten cable and I wasn't feeling good one day, so I stayed home from school and watched movies all afternoon. War Games came on. (This was back when it was only about a year old.) I didn't know if I'd like it or not, but it was so exciting. I still geekily quote it whenever it applies, and named a character Faulken after Steven Falken from the movie. "Greetings, Professor Falken. Strange game. The only winning move is not to play." So true, Joshua. So true. ;)
