Haha! I don't have any pets currently, but I have kept guinea pigs in the past. Adorable, furry, sweet little piggies. ^_^ If they could talk to me, I think they would say, "NUT LOG! NUT LOG! NUT LOG! WE WANT NUT LOG! NUT LOG! Kelp! Pellets! NUT LOG! NUT LOG! Water! NUT LOG! Make this other piggie quit sniffing my butt. NUT LOG! Ooh, CARROTS!"
In regards to yesterday's post, it used to be that when you Googled "Samara Morgan," one of the first few results was my site. But that doesn't seem to be true anymore. You do get one of my pics, though. I think the original result was related to the existence of samaramorgan.net, which was a really awful site obviously created by a twelve year old before it went away. You know the type - horrible misspellings, two million web toys crammed into one page (animated fire, cursor that follows you everywhere, bright yellow text on a white background, a useless automatically-playing sound file that takes ten minutes to load and has no way to turn it off, stuff about several other subjects on the front page when the site is supposed to be about Samara Morgan, etc), and lots of stolen content. The girl had copied and pasted the text off my Samara profile page onto her site and added a few extra sentences, all badly misspelled (so you could see the clear line where my text ended and hers began, lol). But now the site is gone, so I guess if that's not in the top 3 results, mine isn't either. Boo!
Also, for shits and giggles I searched Facebook for my name to see how many women came up, and I got 241 results. Then for comparison, I searched my friend Alisha's name and got about 47 results. WTF??? XD I suppose it's the spelling factor. My name's not spelled oddly for Laurel; it's not Lauryl or Loral or Larell or something. Spelled exactly how Laurel is supposed to be spelled. But Alisha is usually spelled Alicia. (I think Alisha looks prettier. ^_^) So, interesting! Look at all the Laurels!
