XD ROFL!!! This question greatly amuses me.
I actually can't think of any movies offhand, but I can think of some TV shows. "The Banana Splits Show" had a segment in later episodes called "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" that was live action actors playing Tom Sawyer, Becky Thatcher, and Huck Finn mixed with animation. They'd send these three off to Egypt to be chased by mummies or Africa to be chased by natives - somebody was always chasing them and they were always in peril. When I was a kid, I thought it was AWESOME. Now, I laugh my way through every episode. Who the hell thought it was a good idea to have classic literary characters be thrown into crudely animated 1970's style peril? XD It's just so FUNNY now.
What will Hanna-Barbera be producing next? Romeo and Juliet battle zombies? The kids from Lord of the Flies raid an Egyptian pyramid? Odysseus captured by headhunters? :O
