Edit: Rereading the first choice, I realize it's a little confusing. What I mean by the free-for-all is that, say, February 14th is the first official posting date. Then anyone who was participating could post on Feb 14th or any date after that. You wouldn't be able to go, "I finished my story January 1st! I'm going to post now." Okay, clearer. :)
