4. People talking on their cell phones in a public bathroom stall, especially when they get into a fight with the person they're talking to and just start yelling as if they're not in a public place.

I am officially in love with ol' Rexie from LOLA; tonight's episode gave him some of the best lines, and Skeet OWNED every line. I especially loved the forceful "LOOK AT ME" out of nowhere. Go Skeet go!
