Judge Judy cracks me up. She's such a bitch, but the people almost always deserve it. They've got a case on there right now where a little girl bullied another girl at school and broke her glasses, and the mother of the bully believes her daughter's cockabull story about not breaking the glasses. Judge Judy is being so hard on her, woohoo! It's very satisfying to watch, because while I was doing daycare work, I ran into more than one parent with "my perfect little darling would never do anything malicious" syndrome. It got very frustrating at times. Kids can be very malicious! They totally have it in them, and it won't stop unless the parent gets over their stupid perfect little image of their kid and realizes that so they can make it stop.
Reminds me of this kid who played at the park during my daycare years. I think her name was Carissa. She was a really violent bully who would push kids off playground equipment for no reason. She'd do it with a huge smile on her face, like this was the best fun, hurting people, yay! I had a couple of run-ins with her because she shoved my nephew off a merry-go-round, and I wasn't about to let that go by without lecturing the horrid little bitch. He did nothing to her. He was just on the thing and she smiled evilly and shoved him off because he was close enough to shove. It was obvious that no one ever disciplined miss Karissa, and the girl was happily on the road to juvenile delinquency. Maybe she'll be on Judge Judy one of these days soon.
Anyway, the most ludicrous story I heard about miss Karissa was from one of the other kids; I said something to my niece and nephew about Karissa's behavior, and the kids started talking amongst themselves about their "how Karissa bullied me" stories. One kid looked at me and said the little darling had held him down and banged his head against the ground. The way he said it, he was totally serious, it was not just a story. Now isn't that precious! Why is this child not in a straight jacket?
