sailorhathor | KILL CRUSH DESTROY yet again

Just so everyone knows, my webhost let my domain name expire yet again. I have sent in a support ticket to get them to get off their asses and renew it. I paid the bill. This happens every year. I was promised that if I set the domain to autorenew that this wouldn't happen anymore, but apparently, that's not true. I'm so fed up with this happening over and over that I'm considering looking for a new host, which is a shame, because I like my webhost beyond this constant problem. They sure charge enough for the domain, they should live up to their responsibilities.
