sailorhathorIn the last few months, I've posted a couple of memes/surveys where you guys chose the questions you wanted me to answer. There were some questions left, and I feel like answering them. :)
Movie Meme from here. Unanswered questions:
1. What’s the most depressing movie you’ve ever watched?
SPOILERS for the Korean movie "The Host"! I loved "The Host," but that ending was damn depressing. After all her family went through to save her, for Hyun-seo to die was just too sad. I was hoping they would do CPR and revive her, but she just stayed dead. I still don't get why it had to end that way.
6. A film you wish you hadn’t watched?
"Eraserhead." I mean, I'm glad I satisfied my curiosity since a friend recommended it to me, but it was such a pointless, time-sucking thing that took itself waaaaay too seriously.
7. A film you wish had a sequel?
"Odd Thomas," because there are more books that would make great movies.
9. The most aesthetically pleasing movie you’ve ever watched?
Probably "The Wizard of Oz." I'd like to say that there's a video game that is even more beautiful and that is "Alice: Madness Returns." One of the most gorgeous things I've ever seen.
10. Who’s your favourite movie director?
No preference.
11. Your favourite movie genre?
Horror.
12. A movie that holds a special place in your heart?
A bunch of different ones I saw with my high school friends or just one friend, Alisha. They are good memories of fun times spent with friends. :)
14. A music video you would love to see developed into a film?
"Rock of Ages" by Def Leppard and "November Rain" by Guns n' Roses. Both had a certain narrative (especially "November Rain") that could be spun into a movie I would certainly find entertaining. I especially want to know how fictional Stephanie Seymour died. I know how the character died in the original short story, but would they have created something new for the movie? 'Cause I didn't enjoy the short story.
16. A film you love but everyone else hates?
1997's "Titanic" gets a lot of flack, but I loved it.
18. What’s your favourite biopic?
There are several I could name here, but for the sake of argument I'm going to say "Mask."
19. Mainstream movies or indie movies?
I love many of both.
20. Old movies or contemporary movies?
I probably watch more contemporary movies.

1. Favorite female character?
SPOILERS for the latest ep of "Supernatural," 11.12. Currently, Claire, although her insistence on becoming a hunter is kind of getting on my nerves. I just don't think that every person who has ever been touched by death at the hands of a supernatural creature would insist on becoming a hunter. Most people would just get on with their lives and want things to get back to normal. I mean, they may want to understand what happened, but to make the jump to constant beatings and almost dying on a regular basis is a big jump. Definitely too much of that unrealistic theme in TV and movies.
Speaking of Claire, how could they pass up a chance for her to interact with Lucifer in her father's body??? I was hoping for a scene where Lucifer slipped up in her presence, especially since he'd have no idea who she was until someone told him, and for Claire to pick up on the fact that There's Something Off About Castiel. I wonder if when she called Dean and Sam, she was hoping Cas would come too. It almost seems wrong that she didn't ask where Cas was when they showed up. He's the only thing she has left of her parents, and even if Castiel isn't her father, he's the closest thing she has. Claire doesn't seem to be accepting Jodie as a substitute, although that may begin to change after the talking to she got from Dean and Sam. But really, it seems like she'd rather travel around with Dean, Sam, and Castiel at this point.

7. If you could only watch one season for the rest of your life, what season would it be?
Simply can't choose.

Misha, because he's so open and crazy in the best way. Tour the studio while he tells me funny stories. Run around playing pranks on everyone. :D
13. You can bring back one character. Who is it?
Christian Campbell. Corin Nemec should have been given more to do.
14. Would you ever sell your soul for something/someone? If so, what/who?
Probably not. But if I was feeling especially desperate, I might sell it for fortune and fame as a writer. I'd always worry what was going to happen to me when I died, though.
15. What is the first episode that ever made you cry? (if any)
That episode where Sam admitted to Dean that he didn't want to stay a hunter, that he wanted to go back to college after they killed Yellow Eyes. I didn't bawl, but it definitely made me tear up.
16. What character death hurt you the most?
Dean dying at the hands of Metatron. Something about it was really traumatic for me.
17. Favorite Crowley line?
When he called his mother a "ginger whore." It sounds like a great name for a band. :D
18. Favorite Cas line?
His voicemail message. XD
19. Favorite brothers scene?
I don't know, there are tons. One that springs to mind is Dean putting the spoon in Sammy's mouth while he was sleeping.
20. What side character would you like to see again?
The Campbells! Except Grandpa. Never cared for him.
21. Favorite and least favorite storyline?
Fave: The breaking of the seals that set Lucifer free. Least fave: The Leviathans.
23. Favorite pre-s4 episode?
"Faith"

For some reason, I woke up with my stomach hurting so bad it felt like someone was stabbing me in the gut. A few doses of Pepto have helped, but I'm still having sharp pains. I have no idea why. :P
